About this file

This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) issued by the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) under the State of Maryland's Hardware 2012 Master Contract #060B2490022. The PORFP requests the procurement of twenty (20) HP Officejet Pro 8210 printers with a one-year warranty. The printers must be delivered by July 21, 2023. Proposals in response to this PORFP must be submitted electronically through the State's eMMA e-Procurement system by June 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM. The award will be made to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and the evaluation factors set forth in the PORFP.

The PORFP specifies that the Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for HP and must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The Master Contractor is also required to provide a Mercury Affidavit. The agency reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity, and no restocking fees will be charged if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect shipment.
