Pricing proposals must remain valid for 120 days. No MBE goal applies to this purchase order. Master contractors must submit proposals via email through eMMA, including a technical proposal (limited to two pages), an updated on-net list, installation timeline, assumptions impacting delivery, and the completed Attachment 1 Price Sheet with all costs fully loaded. All master contractors submitting proposals will receive written notice identifying awardees from the Procurement Officer, Cherise Edmonds, at 410-697-9672 or Cherise.edmonds@maryland.gov.
