About this file
This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) issued by the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT) for the COTS Software Master Contract 1. The PORFP is for the procurement of Anomali Lens Match software, which is used to enhance the state's threat intelligence platform by automatically correlating security telemetry against active threats. The required quantity of licenses is specified in the attached quote, with a due date of 07/31/2024. No installation or training services are requested. The warranty and maintenance requirements are also detailed.
The evaluation criteria for this PORFP will be established at the PORFP level, with price being the primary basis for award recommendation. The agency POC will recommend award to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and the evaluation factors set forth in the PORFP. There is no indication of a small business set-aside for this opportunity, and the current incumbent is not specified.
