About this file
This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for the Maryland Department of Information Technology to acquire Anomali ThreatStream COTS software to power the Maryland State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MD-ISAC). The platform will enable users to centralize threat data, intelligence, and other relevant sources to improve the state's ability to monitor and respond to cyber threats. The PORFP requires the selected Master Contractor to be an authorized reseller of Anomali ThreatStream and to provide pricing, licensing, and delivery details. The proposal is due by April 15, 2024 and the delivery of the software is required by July 31, 2024.
The PORFP specifies that the Master Contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect shipment, and must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid. The award will be based primarily on price, with other evaluation criteria to be established at the PORFP level. The Department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. No small business reserve has been designated for this opportunity.

Furthermore, the agencies can join trusted circles with other state agencies to share and view information from other states anonymously and securely. |
ThreatStream Community powering State of Maryland Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MD-ISAC) is purpose-built to facilitate the collection and management of threat intelligence, from multiple sources and at scale, enabling these processes to be automated, thus mitigating time-intensive manual tasks. ThreatStream Community is designed to enable the secure, meaningful, and automated sharing of relevant threat data (Indicators of Compromise) via bi-directional TAXII capabilities. Strategic Intelligence around Threat Actors, Campaigns, Vulnerabilities, and other models can be distributed to all participants.
