About this file
This document outlines requirements for a Model Based Engineering Environment and Product Lifecycle Management Tool solicitation. NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center requires an integrated suite of modeling, analysis, and manufacturing tools to improve design quality and reduce costs. Key capabilities include a Product Lifecycle Management system to manage models across repositories, with configuration and change management, collaboration features, and the ability to integrate with NASA's current PLM system. The core toolset must maximize interoperability between CAD, analysis, ECAD, CAM, additive manufacturing, and operations simulation models. Quotes are due by December 16, 2020 and shall include pricing on a SF1449 form. Evaluation will be based on lowest price and technical acceptability.
