About this file
This document is a DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for a Skid-Mounted Water Treatment Pilot Test Unit at Cannon Air Force Base (AFB). The objective is to install and test a water treatment pilot unit capable of filtering PFAS, fluoride, and water hardness from the Child Development Center's drinking water system at Cannon AFB. The contractor shall provide and install the pilot test equipment, conduct a site visit, provide oversight during installation and decommissioning, and deliver a final performance analysis with a recommendation for a permanent filtration system. The pilot test will run for 30 days, and the contractor must provide all consumables, data collection equipment, and safety/containment measures. The results of the pilot test will not be used for distribution or publication. This SOW is associated with a pre-solicitation for a federal contract opportunity at Cannon AFB to identify a contractor to perform this work.
