About this file

This is a pre-conference agenda document for the Maryland Department of Health, Prevention and Health Promotion Administration's Thrive by Three initiative, scheduled for March 19, 2026. The document outlines the structure and format for a pre-conference meeting designed to prepare participants for the broader Thrive by Three conference. The agenda includes multiple sessions focused on prenatal innovation, barrier reduction to timely prenatal care, and program implementation strategies. Sessions are organized by topic and time slot, with designated speakers and facilitators identified for each component. The pre-conference is intended to provide foundational knowledge and networking opportunities for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), hospitals, prenatal care providers, and local health department perinatal care coordination programs that will be participating in or considering applications to the Prenatal Innovation Incubator initiative.

The pre-conference sessions emphasize collaborative approaches to reducing barriers to prenatal care access and enhancing care quality and responsiveness. Specific topics covered include best practices in prenatal care coordination, successful program models, funding and resource navigation, and strategies for inter-agency collaboration. The document indicates that attendance is intended for organizations and individuals involved in maternal and child health programs in Maryland, particularly those preparing to develop or implement programs under the state's initiative to improve prenatal care outcomes. No pricing information, set-asides, or specific funding amounts are detailed in this pre-conference agenda document, as it serves an informational and educational purpose rather than establishing contractual terms or financial parameters.
