About this file

This document includes a statement of work for the provision of temporary modular office space at the Philadelphia International Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration requires approximately 6,500 square feet of modular space for additional employees being added to its existing air traffic control tower and terminal radar approach control facility. The scope of work entails installing modular units in an existing parking lot, including associated site work, foundations, utilities connections, and finishes. Interested vendors were requested to submit capability statements by April 5, 2022 to assist the agency with acquisition planning for the potential future solicitation of this requirement. The pre-solicitation notice did not constitute a request for proposal.
