About this file

This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a CCTV and Access Control System installation project at Fort Meade, Maryland. The project, identified as "PHC East PWS CCTV ACS Project 2026," outlines the requirements for providing and installing a complete and operational closed-circuit television and access control system at 4411 Llewellyn Avenue, Fort Meade, MD 20755. The solicitation (PAN047628) is currently in pre-solicitation phase as a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Sam Houston.

The requirement is set-aside for small businesses, contingent upon receiving responses from two or more qualified small businesses demonstrating capability to meet requirements at fair market price. The Government encourages participation from all small business socioeconomic categories, including 8(a) Business Development Program participants, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zone concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses. The anticipated NAICS code is 561621 (Security Systems Services). The current notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation; the Government is not accepting quotes, bids, or proposals at this time and will not reimburse response costs. A formal RFQ, IFB, or RFP may be issued in the future, which would be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry.
