This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the production and delivery of 25mm PGU-48/B Frangible Armor Piercing (FAP) cartridges (NSN: 1305-01-619-5537). The SOW outlines the requirements for the contractor to provide the cartridges, including pre-production activities such as First Article Acceptance Testing, Lot Acceptance Testing, and submitting various plans and reports. Production requirements are detailed, such as conducting FAAT, providing LAT reports, ADCs, and managing the supply chain. The SOW also addresses security, shipping, and explosives safety requirements. This SOW supports a sole source Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) solicitation for the PGU-48/B FAP cartridges, with a basic ordering period of 12 months and four annual ordering periods.
