About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) for the procurement of three High-density polyethylene (HDPE) floating support docks to support a net pen array for rearing fish on Lake Roosevelt. The docks must meet or exceed specified dimensions and construction requirements. Quotations are due by September 24th, 2024, at 12:00pm, with a required delivery date of May 30th, 2025. The awarded vendor must be registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for any tank, cargo hold, or truck-related needs. WDFW is seeking to minimize the use of products containing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and requests that any packaging be without color or dyes.

The pricing terms indicate that WDFW will process payment (net 30 days) upon satisfactory completion of the delivery and acceptance of the goods. The contract does not mention any set-asides, incumbent information, or specific funding sources. However, it states that there is no guarantee of any additional orders beyond the initial purchase quantity, though WDFW may place future purchase orders under the same terms and conditions within one year of the award.
