About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) for the procurement of approximately 550 tons of 2-3 man-sized barrier rocks to line an 825-foot access road. The required delivery dates are between July 15-30, 2024, with no Friday deliveries. Vendors must return their quotations by June 14, 2024, at 12 PM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bid from a Small Business or Veteran-Owned Business, unless none of these businesses are qualified.

The pricing terms indicate that all freight and shipping costs are to be included in the bid price, and WDFW will process payment upon satisfactory completion of the delivery. WDFW is seeking to minimize the use of products containing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and requests that any packaging be without color or dyes.
