Rollerized Loading floor:

- Loading floor consisting of 48 mm screen printing plates

- Floor structure with pneumatic roller system, consisting of 4 roller tracks, roller diameter approx. 50 mm, roller width approx. 75 mm, roller spacing approx. 100 mm, roller stroke approx. 16 mm

- divided into 4 sections

- Control box at the rear left

This drawing shows a cut size view of a frame equipped with our standard MK21 Twin Roll Hydraroll roller tracks for airfreight. Both frame and roller tracks are capable of handling forklifts and pallet trucks.

Standard design For normal airfreight transport, the frames will be supplied with 5 lanes of Hydraroll roller tracks. By using the Hydraroll MK21 Twin Roll roller track, you have the following advantages compared to the traditional single roll systems:

- the smaller apertures in the 5mm top plates lead to less filth falling into the roller tracks which leads to much less maintenance than any traditional system;

- the smaller top plates minimize the risk of damage to the roller track system;

- next to that is the MK21 much easier to drive over by pallet trucks or trolleys (carts) with small wheels;

- the twin roll design leads to less friction of the container which results in easier handling.

Dimensions and connection of the frames The frames in combination with the MK21 roller tracks (as shown) have an overall height of only 70mm. This is with lowered rollers. The width of a frame is standard 2.406mm. In case of a standard trailer, the length of the first three sections (starting with the neck section) is standard 3.235mm. The last section at the rear doors (section nr. 4) has a standard length of

3.535mm. This equals a total system length of 13.280mm including the 40mm rear beam with integrated pallet stops.

The standard 8mm air tubing from the roller tracks in the frames are all led to the front of each frame and then led to the side. When the frames are placed in the trailer, the air tubing has to be connected to the existing air tank of the trailer. For the operation of the roller tracks we supply a so called AQ 4 control box with 4 switches, one switch to operate each of the four sections

Weight of the frames Ø Frame with a length of 3.240mm and 5 modules of MK21 roller tracks: 370 kg Ø Frame with a length of 3.870mm and 5 modules of MK21 roller tracks: 415 kg Ø Total weight per set including all parts: 1,450 kg

Additional Technical Requirements:

Fill-in profiles on both sides of platform Normally with Trailerloda there will be an opening on both sides. This is designed for easy and fast installation / dismantling of the system to / from the trailer floor. However, for certain transport a fully flush floor is required.

As an option Joloda can offer a fully flush floor on both the sides of the system. We will use a plastic profile to fill up the gap after mounting. The fill-in profile will be continuous over the full length of the floor. The profile will be attached without using fixing materials.

2) pallet stops Powder coated steel rear beam, 40mm x 40mm, fitted with two manual flip up pallet stops

3) control box AQ4 air control box which contains:

- 4 valves;

- pressure gauge;

- Autodown function;

- LED light fitted on control panel;

- Auxiliary air supply fitting;
