Create standalone network which provides focused “zones” of enhanced monitoring for Air Force personnel.
Coordinate with local Civil Engineer Squadron to place network computer(s).
Add features to camera network such as: automated alerts, digital twin of the site(s), AI predictive monitoring, and ability for global monitoring all to detect/track the OCNs pattern of behavior in and around the designated/approved site.
