About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for electrical services at Ebbing Air National Guard Base in Arkansas. The PWS outlines the scope of work for building electrical services, incoming voltage services, and generator installation services that the contractor shall provide. The key requirements include electrical wiring and cabling, electrical panels and distribution boards, lighting systems, power outlets and switches, voltage supply connection, metering and monitoring, voltage regulation and stabilization, generator sizing and selection, site preparation and installation, electrical integration, testing and commissioning, and maintenance and support. The contractor must have an electrical license for the state of Arkansas and pass a criminal background check. The PWS also includes safety and security requirements for contractors performing work under this BPA. The related federal contract opportunity indicates that the 97th Contracting Squadron at Altus Air Force Base intends to issue this BPA, and sources interested in being part of the BPA should submit their price list for the electrical work.
