About this file

This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) issued by the Department of the Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker Air Force Base for the repair of B-52 Electronic Amplifier, under purchase request FD2030-25-00276. The contractor must establish and maintain a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The PWS outlines requirements for repair services including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, reassembly, testing and finishing actions to return items to serviceable condition. Key requirements include establishing a counterfeit prevention plan for electronic parts, prohibiting use of lead-free solder and components, maintaining configuration control, providing status reports through the Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAAF) system, and meeting delivery schedules. The contractor must support quality audits, maintain repair line capabilities, handle Government Furnished Property (GFP), and provide required data deliverables. Two repair categories are specified: Category 1 for No Fault Found conditions requiring only testing, and Category 2 for Basic Repair involving repair of one circuit card or minor hardware/chassis repair.
