About this file

This is a Performance Bond document related to a competitive bid solicitation issued by the County of Orange, California, Social Services Agency for Motivational Interviewing (MI) Coaching & Training services. The solicitation seeks qualified vendors to provide MI coaching and training services to support the County's social services operations. All bids must be submitted electronically through the County's eProcurement Portal; no alternative submission methods will be accepted. Bidders are required to carefully review the model contract, scope of work, and all solicitation attachments prior to submission. The County has established a Question & Answer section within the solicitation where bidders must direct all clarifications and interpretation requests; direct contact with County personnel regarding the solicitation is prohibited. Technical support for the eProcurement Portal is available through procurement-support@opengov.com or the OpenGov help portal.

The performance bond document establishes the financial security and guarantee requirements that the successful bidder must provide to ensure faithful performance of the contract obligations. This bonding requirement protects the County against potential contractor default or failure to meet contractual commitments. The specific bond amount, terms, and conditions would be detailed within the full performance bond document and the associated model contract terms provided in the solicitation materials.
