PEPFAR Detailed Budget Summary_FY2024

Please complete this budget summary and include it with your PEPFAR Application of Interest for the FY24 Community Grants to Combat HIV/AIDS.

Please note the following regarding the detailed budget summary:

1. Do not include unallowable items in your budget.

2. Each activity should have a separate budget section and total. Please provide a brief description of the activity including number of participants in the comments section.

3. Do not enter "lump sums" for multiple items. They must be listed individually. ex: Sewing supplies is not acceptable - list each item individually as sewing machine, thread scissors, fabric, etc.

4. The provided budget summary is a framework set up so that the program can evaluate your project budget, print and compare with other projects. DO NOT CHANGE THE FORMAT. You may add lines as needed to include all activities and items you will need for your organization's project.

Microsoft Excel and this budget framework will help track your project's budget if you are selected for a Community Grant to Combat HIV/AIDS. If you are not familiar with the program we recommend you find someone to assist you with completing this document. Our office will not be able to provide technical assistance.
