About this file

This document is a detailed budget template and sample budget for a U.S. Embassy Public Diplomacy Grants Program in Ukraine for 2025, specifically for the "Trade & Innovation Bridge: U.S.-Ukraine Economic Development Program" by the Bridge Foundation. The budget totals $25,540, with $23,890 requested from the U.S. Embassy and $1,650 from other sources, covering personnel ($14,400), travel expenses ($4,900), supplies ($230), contractual services ($5,160), and other direct costs ($600).

The accompanying federal grant opportunity is a U.S. Embassy Kyiv Public Diplomacy Section scholarship program targeting Ukrainian undergraduate and graduate students in engineering, cybersecurity, and supply chain management. The initiative is part of the AEECA/ESF Public Diplomacy Programs (CFDA 19.900), which supports civil society and democracy building in Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia. The program aims to promote partnerships, support Ukraine's postwar reconstruction, and deepen bilateral U.S.-Ukraine relations by providing educational opportunities in critical fields.
