About this file

This is a product specification document detailing requirements for mobile shower trailers and associated equipment to be provided at the National Training Center (NTC) Fort Irwin, California, from February 10, 2025 to March 24, 2025. The contractor must provide two trailers containing 16 shower heads each (32 total shower heads), along with 5000-gallon fresh water tanks with pumps, cables and hoses, generators, lighting support, and propane. The scope includes daily cleaning, equipment servicing, grey water removal, and complete mobilization/demobilization services.

The specification requires contractors to provide secondary containment for generators per California regulations, a 30-gallon emergency spill kit with specific components, and all necessary maintenance materials. There is potential surge support requiring 1-2 additional shower trailers at NTC IVO Razish with 550-gallon tank and grey water removal service. While the government will provide Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel during operations, contractors must deliver generators with full fuel tanks initially. The document notes that quantities and dates may change based on mission requirements.
