PURCHASE DESCRIPTION
VDATS Software Integration Lab (SIL) Hardware Requirements
Ametek AC Power Source and Attenuator Cards
14 October 2022
1.0 DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide to the 581 SWES, 402 Software
Engineering Group, in support of the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG), Robins Air Force Base, GA one (1) Ametek AC Power Source and five (5) Attenuator Cards manufactured by Ametek Programmable Power. The item is needed for use with the Advanced Radar/Electronic Warfare Test Station (ARTS). Hardware option will be installed, and units calibrated by manufacturer.

1.5 Warranty: AMETEK Programmable Power Inc offers a 1-year standard warranty, please see attached file named Ametek Warranty Information for more details.

4.0 Affirmative Procurement Programs (APP):
4.1 In accordance with FAR 23.404(b)(1), 100% of purchases of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-designated products included in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) list [https://www.epa.gov/smm/comprehensive- procurement-guideline-cpg-program] and/or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)- designated products included in the bio-based product listings [http://www.biopreferred.gov] shall meet the EPA or USDA standards for recovered materials or bio based content, respectively, unless an item cannot be acquired competitively within a realistic timeframe, meet appropriate performance standards, and/or be acquired at a reasonable price.
4.2 In accordance with FAR 23.404(a)(iii), the Contractor shall provide estimates and verification of recovered material for EPA-designated CPG products and certification for both EPA-designated CPG products and USDA-designated bio-based products. In accordance with the Robins AFB Green Procurement Program (GPP) Plan, the Contractor shall provide estimates and certifications to the Government for completion of the applicable attachment(s) to be included in the Purchase Request (PR) package.
