About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers response from the United States Government regarding the PCOL-26-EPAWSS (Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System) Sources Sought solicitation.
The document addresses one industry question regarding the submission of past performance evidence. The USG clarified that embedding hyperlinks to official USG press releases is not permitted in responses. Instead, companies demonstrating past performance must include all supporting documentation directly within their submission and keep it within the page limit specified in the Sources Sought announcement. In response to this clarification request, the USG increased the page limit from five pages to eight pages to accommodate past performance documentation. The submission deadline remains Monday, June 1, 2026, and the updated page requirement will be reflected in a modified Sources Sought announcement.
