This Payment Bond form is issued by the City of Napa, California, as a required contract document for the Citywide Striping - Phase 1 Project. The bond serves as a financial guarantee that the contractor and its surety will ensure payment to authorized claimants, including subcontractors, laborers, material suppliers, and equipment vendors for work performed under the project contract.
