About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire template and information about a solicitation for auditing services. The solicitation is from the General Services Administration Public Buildings Service Energy Division and seeks bill auditing services for approximately 230 electric accounts totaling around 2.4 million MWh in annual usage and $210 million in annual costs. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining an online database of usage, cost, emissions and other data; investigating billing anomalies by creating parallel bills from utility data; recovering any overcharges; and recording account details. Services include auditing a handful of additional PJM utility accounts bringing the total to around 210 accounts annually.
