About this file

This is a Past Performance Questionnaire template document for the A-E Environmental Program at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.

The questionnaire is designed to evaluate the past performance of prospective contractors competing for an Architect-Engineer (A-E) ID/IQ contract. The contract involves Title I, Title II, and other A-E services to administer, coordinate, and technically support environmental programs for the Air Force Materiel Command. The basic contract award period is one year with four annual option years, for a total performance period of five years. The anticipated award date is September 2026. The contract will be awarded on a competitive basis using A-E selection procedures, with only one contract to be awarded. The contract will utilize multiple pricing structures including Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost Reimbursement with No Fee (CRNF) contract line items. The applicable NAICS code is 541620 with a $19M size standard. As a template document, the questionnaire itself does not specify detailed evaluation criteria or specific questions, but serves as the mechanism through which the government will assess contractors' relevant experience, qualifications, and performance on similar environmental engineering and design projects.
