About this file
The document is a Past Performance Information Sheet template for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command. The template provides a structured format for contractors to document their previous contract performance, including sections for contract identification, points of contact, and a narrative description of past work. The template requires contractors to provide details such as contract number, customer, period of performance, contract value, and contact information for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative.
The related solicitation (FA7037) is for AEF Augmentation, specifically for A3 Readiness Analysis services. The solicitation notes that funds are currently unavailable, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursing offeror costs. Contractors are expected to provide personnel, supervision, and technical services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), though specific details of the PWS are not included in this document.
