Past Performance Evaluations

In accordance with FAR 12.206 and FAR 13.106-2, past performance evaluations are required. The approach for evaluating past performance will be as follows.

- When responding to the solicitation, interested vendors will be requested to supply with their quotation 3 customer references of similar solutions they have sold. With each reference, the vendor will supply a point of contact that can answer the following questions.

o What is the make and model of the system you have been provided?

o How long have you owned the product?

o What has been the system uptime and reliability?

o Have you experienced any major repairs, if so how long did it take to resolve, was it covered under warranty?

o Who maintains your parts towers?

o What have been the estimated maintenance costs associated with this product?

o Are you satisfied with the system that has been provided?

- In the case of an offeror without a record of relevant past performance or for whom information on past performance is not available, the offeror may not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably on past performance.

- Evaluations will be determined by the contracting officer as either outstanding, satisfactory, neutral or unsatisfactory.
