About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document from Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) regarding RFP 20-0072 for Parent Workshops & Programs. The RFP seeks vendors to provide in-house programs and workshops related to parental involvement across the district, including sixteen private, non-public schools. The district intends to issue contracts to awarded suppliers who can provide services across all grade bands, though focusing on specific grade bands will not disqualify vendors. Suppliers can propose their preferred delivery schedule, whether quarterly, monthly, or weekly sessions.
The district currently contracts with multiple providers for professional development services. While specific Title funding allocation for 2019-2020 is not available, vendors are expected to provide set prices with limited time frames for consultations. Administrative costs may be charged according to the pricing section and Attachment A of the RFP. The district is seeking a variety of options that can be implemented either district-wide or at individual locations, and vendors can be awarded for multiple components of the RFP.

A: The vendor may propose any type of delivery schedule that best supports the program being proposed.
