Addendum 1 Q&A – Panther Park Thread Please confirm that flagging costs will be covered by the city of LaGrange – Flagging costs will be covered by the City as part of the payment the City made to CSX What is the depth of the existing asphalt? – Based on the core samples taken asphalt depth is between 5” to 5”50 with a soil base There is only 1 construction exit but I think the project would benefit from another on the other side. Would the city add that to the SOV? – Yes, an additional exit has been added and the SOV has been updated.
On CP-01 in the “Enlargement A” detail it looks like the curbing wraps around the ramp. Do you have a detail or can you confirm this is a standard 6” curb? – Yes the curb wraps around the landing on either side. The top of the curb would stay level at the 2 ramps so it is 6” tall at the toe of the ramps and then flush with the trail and sidewalk at the top of the ramps.
Will LaGrange release the pre-bid sign-in sheet? – It has been uploaded.
