Para 5.16.1.1 in the PWS identifies Tier 1 EOD instructors, however the in depth IED design and electronic is better taught by an electronics instructor (prior NSWDG experienced), supported by a Tier 1 EOD instructor. Is this acceptable or is the electronics to be taught by the EOD Operator.
