About this file
This Technical Requirements Specification details the requirements for a Simulation-Based Training System for Armored Fighting Vehicle Tactical Decision-Making. The comprehensive system must support complex military training scenarios with advanced capabilities including: integrated content creation tools for terrain and mission editing, network support for multi-day exercises with up to 100 simultaneous operators, and robust after-action review functionality. Key technical requirements span multiple domains such as energy-based vulnerability modeling, dynamic terrain simulation, robotic and anti-drone systems, vehicle and pedestrian traffic automation, and support for various combat scenarios involving infantry, artillery, and irregular combatant interactions.
The system's technical specifications mandate sophisticated simulation features including support for 12 distinct scenario parties, up to 1,440 combat vehicles per party, multiple viewing modes (first-person, map, bird's eye), and detailed munition effect simulations for different projectile types. Additional requirements include simulating complex environmental and combat conditions such as terrain variability, building dynamics, artillery systems with ranges up to 80 km, drone and anti-drone capabilities, and the ability to model intricate combat interactions like infantry concealment, crew-served weapons, and configurable events like vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices (VBIEDs). All features marked "Market-Ready" must be fully implemented and functional in the delivered version without requiring future development.
