About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Request for Quote (RFQ) PANMCC-25-P-0000 015963, addressing key details about an upcoming amateur boxing event. The Q&A clarifies that this is not a USA Boxing sanctioned event, but uses their guidelines, and confirms that it is an amateur boxing tournament. Contractors are required to provide all necessary boxing equipment (head gear, groin gear, groin cups) since participating soldiers will not have personal equipment, with the event's purpose being to foster unit esprit de corps and morale. The military will provide medical staff for the event, and an insurance requirement (ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.228-5) has been removed as it did not meet the threshold.
