About this file
This is an Industry Day slide deck presentation for the HITS-UIII (Hydro-Integrated Treatment System-User Interface III) contract opportunity. The presentation was delivered on 24 June 2026 by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) to brief interested vendors on the upcoming solicitation and gather market feedback.
The Industry Day notification establishes a mechanism for vendors to submit inquiries related to the HITS-UIII Performance Work Statement and associated requirements discussed during the event. All questions and inquiries must be submitted through the ProjNet System at https://projnet.org using Inquiry Bidder Key 2VJVUA-SPSDBA. Technical issues accessing the system should be directed to Melissa Lynn at melissa.k.lynn@usace.army.mil. The posted notice indicates that revised documents and responses to inquiries will be updated on the notification page as they become available. The slide deck itself serves as reference material from the Industry Day event and contains detailed information regarding the contract requirements, evaluation criteria, and other pertinent aspects of the HITS-UIII Performance Work Statement that vendors should review when preparing their inquiries and eventual proposals.
