About this file

This document is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items (Standard Form 1449) for the U.S. Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal. The solicitation (W912CH-25-R-0188) is a small business set-aside seeking three different tool kits: Canvas Workers Tool Kit (12 units), Pipefitters Tool Kit (15 units), and a Supplemental Tool Kit (22 units). Each kit has a specific National Stock Number (NSN) and part number, with options to procure 100% of each kit quantity. The procurement requires Initial Product Inspection (IPI) for the Canvas Workers and Pipefitters kits, and Product Verification Testing (PVT) for the Supplemental Tool Kit before full production can proceed.

The solicitation specifies that all tool kits will be delivered to SR W0MC Army General Supply at DLA Distribution Red River in Texarkana, TX, with commercial packaging requirements. The kits will be procured under a Firm Fixed Price contract, with delivery expected 160 days after award. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is available on SAM.gov with Distribution Level A, and contractors must follow specific inspection and testing protocols. The contract includes provisions for potential 100% option quantities to be exercised at the time of award, providing flexibility for the government's future needs.
