About this file
This document is an AFMC Form 158 Packaging Requirements specification for federal contract purchase instrument FD20302501609-00, version 1, generated on February 27, 2026.
The packaging requirements apply to multiple line items across two packaging requirement codes (PACRN): AAE and AAH. PACRN AAE covers item 6610013847512FW with preservation level MIL and packaging level B, referencing MIL-STD-2073-1 and SPI F012619957 (revision A, dated January 28, 1994). PACRN AAH applies to nine items (6605012597094FW, 6605013803681FW, 6610CPH250004 through 6610CPH250008, 6610DTH2500F0, 6610OAH25007A, and 6610OAH25007B) with identical preservation and packaging levels, referencing MIL-STD-2073-1 and SPI F012597094 (revision A, dated March 6, 1996). All items must comply with MIL-STD-129 Revision R and MIL-STD-2073-1 Revision E military packaging and marking standards. A critical requirement mandates that all wooden lumber, pallets, and containers be constructed from debarked, heat-treated wood (56 degrees Celsius or 133 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes) with certification by an agency recognized by the American Lumber Standards Committee, in compliance with International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 to prevent invasive species such as pinewood nematode. Shipping containers must be marked per MIL-STD-129 with additional requirements for unit serial numbers, original equipment manufacturer names, and OEM model numbers as specified on the AFMC Form 158. PACRN AAH items are designated as hardness critical items requiring supplemental markings. The packaging specialist is Richard R. Davis (406 SCMS/GULAA, phone 405-371-9037/582-5972), and the requirements were signed February 24, 2026.
