About this file

This document contains packaging requirements and instructions for an aviation component. The packaging must comply with MIL-STD 129R and MIL-STD 2073-1E, including using heat-treated, debarked wood for pallets and containers to prevent invasive species. Markings must identify the item, PN 2915011964310, as a valve for the F108 motor. The solicitation is for this sole-source item, as Woodward, Inc. is currently the only qualified supplier. The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation intends to competitively award a contract for an indefinite quantity with fixed prices under the authority of FAR 6.302.
