About this file
This is Addendum #1 to solicitation PA006-23 issued by the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners (BOC) in Georgia for the purchase of carbon monoxide alarms on a six-month contract basis. The solicitation requests formal bids and proposals for carbon monoxide alarm products; however, the addendum does not specify quantities, detailed specifications, or project scope information. The bid submission deadline is 2:50 p.m. on the due date specified in the original notice or invitation. Gwinnett County BOC does not accept electronic submittals for formal solicitations, requiring all bids to be submitted in physical form by the deadline. Late submissions received after 2:50 p.m. on the due date will not be accepted regardless of circumstances.
Prospective bidders must verify they are not on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list, as firms that have been debarred, suspended, or placed on this list are prohibited from submitting offers, quotes, bids, or proposals to Gwinnett County during the period of their ineligibility. Submittals from ineligible firms will not be considered for award. The addendum does not provide information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, or contract award amounts in the excerpt provided.
