Rugs shall be treated with a stain protector after drying is completed.

5. Can we clearly define which areas will be done at night versus daytime hours?

6. Will there be a staging area for the carpet? Where in each building?

Answer: They can deliver the carpet when they are working on each floor during the day only. If doing it at night, we will have to see how much space is available on the Loading dock for the carpet. They might have to just deliver it per phase.
