Text version

It says no bunks; however, is it acceptable to have a 1 br with king/queen and a second bedroom that has bunk beds? Some come like that. We would prefer not to have a dedicated room with bunks. This also keep the overall length of the trailer less.

Is 30’ your max length because of the parking spaces? Correct

Do you prefer a pull behind trailer, 5th wheel, or toy hauler? Or does it matter? Bumper pull. We do not have a fifth wheel attachment in the park. We have no need for a toy hauler.

How many people does each unit need to accommodate? One but a queen bed should accommodate a guest.

Is there a requirement on the size of the Grey Water, Black Water, and Fresh Water Holding Tanks? (Gallon Wise?) No requirements as the trailers will be hooked up to services. The only requirement is for the hot water tank.

Is a generator required? No

As most trailers come with 5 Gallon LP Tanks, can the Two 20 Gallon LP Tank Requirement be met by a stand alone units outside the trailer? The specs should have read two (2) 20 pound tanks (5 gallons). Not two (2) 20 gallons tanks.
