About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System's procurement of Biomedical Test Equipment from Pronk Technologies. The purchase includes 10 BMET Pack PRO-M units and associated accessories such as test leads, pole mounts, hydro balance kits, and pressure max kits, totaling 11 line items. The equipment is designed to improve medical equipment repair and maintenance efficiency by providing compact, portable testing technology with automated reporting capabilities that eliminate human error and streamline biomedical technician operations.
The procurement is specifically for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, with delivery scheduled between August 1, 2025, and October 17, 2025, to a warehouse in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The contract was determined to be a sole source procurement after market research confirmed Pronk Technologies as the exclusive manufacturer of this proprietary technology. The VA will provide infrastructure and access for initial setup, verify product specifications upon delivery, and ensure proper integration within the Biomedical department. The total estimated value was not specified in the documents, but the procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 guidelines with direct certification by the Contracting Officer.
