About this file
This document is a limited source justification for a federal contract award. The Department of Veterans Affairs awarded a $576,664.50 contract to Valor Healthcare, Inc. on October 1, 2021 to provide primary health care and mental health care services at the Roane County Community Based Outpatient Clinic through December 31, 2021. An emergency interim contract was required to ensure continued services for the approximately 1,850 veterans enrolled at the clinic, as the review process for a new competitively awarded contract that exceeds $50 million would take additional time. Valor Healthcare was also the awardee of the new contract currently undergoing review.
