About this file

This document is a limited source justification for a sole source procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs awarded an $1,865,385 contract to Valor Healthcare, Inc. to provide primary health care and mental health care services at the Maury County Community Based Outpatient Clinic from May 1 to November 30, 2021. The services include operating the outpatient clinic site. No other contractor could establish these services within the two remaining days before the prior contract expired to ensure continuity of care for the approximately 3,700 veterans enrolled at the clinic. The awarded rates remain unchanged from the previous contract terms. Research during the previous competitive procurement determined no other business could provide the required services in the short two-day period to transition between contracts.
