The project involves approximately 2,500 square feet of renovation on the first floor of building 47, including demolition, construction, construction management, mechanical/electrical/plumbing work, hazardous material removal, hospital equipment relocation, utility systems expansion, and associated PA and nurse call system integration. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision while maintaining VA standards including ADA compliance, infection control protocols, and environmental safety regulations.
