About this file
This single source justification document outlines a proposed contract award to Mind Garden, Inc. for access to the Maslach Burnout Inventory assessment tool. The Department of Veterans Affairs Program Contracting Activity Central requires continued use of the MBI to allow comparison data for annual 360 degree assessments of VA staff. Mind Garden is the exclusive copyright holder of the MBI and has stated there are no authorized U.S. resellers. Market research in the form of an RFI and a notice to SDVOSBs/VOSBs did not identify any other sources as four respondents could not provide an authorized reseller letter. The estimated value of the proposed single source award to Mind Garden is $26,861.60.
