About this file
This limited sources justification requests approval to sole source a contract award to ScriptPro USA Incorporated for a robotic prescription dispensing system and software upgrade. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 8 seeks to purchase a ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing System to outfit a new outpatient clinic in Daytona Beach, Florida, and require a software upgrade to increase capacity at the existing system. As the original equipment manufacturer and sole holder of proprietary software keys, ScriptPro USA Incorporated is certified as the only source capable of meeting the requirement for technical compatibility and software support. Market research found no other schedule holders could meet the need. If approved, the award would be made under the authority of ScriptPro USA Incorporated's existing Federal Supply Schedule contract with the National Acquisition Center.
