The VA intends to award a sole source contract to IO Environmental Infrastructure Incorporated, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for these services at an estimated cost of $54,905. Market research was conducted, including a sources sought notice, which only received a response from IO Environmental Infrastructure.
