About this file
This document is a sole source justification for a radiology imaging preventative maintenance service contract with Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation. The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to award a base year contract from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 for $348,475, with four one-year option periods extending to September 30, 2027 for a total value of $1,764,155. The sole source award would provide routine preventative and corrective maintenance for Fujifilm radiology equipment at the James H. Quillen Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, including proprietary annual software updates. Competition is restricted as Fujifilm is the original equipment manufacturer and only source for training, certification, software upgrades, and remote monitoring required under the statement of work.
