The project involves Phase 3C Irrigation work, specifically correcting previously identified irrigation punch list items and installing a new irrigation booster pump. The scope includes removing the existing pump station, installing a new pump station with electrical upgrades, linking the Rain Bird Pump Manager to the irrigation central controller, and addressing various irrigation system deficiencies.

The contract will be a single firm-fixed price award under VAAR 819.700, with an anticipated performance period of 180 calendar days. The Department of Veterans Affairs' Office of Construction and Facilities Management is the contracting activity, and the procurement is set aside exclusively for SDVOSB firms. The Contracting Officer determined HPC to be a responsible source based on their previous cemetery construction experience, including work at Omaha National Cemetery, and their satisfactory performance ratings in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
