DESCRIPTION

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate a modification to contract GS-06F-0023R / 36C10X21F0010 that supplies the Austin Information Technology Center (AITC) with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System, Batteries, and Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Maintenance. The purpose of this modification is to incorporate two open market items for UPS cooling fans and filtering capacitors to update the current UPS system. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This proposed modification is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of only one source under the authority of 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
