The Integrated Table Motion Software enables the da Vinci Xi Surgical System to connect to the Hill-Rom Ts7000dV Operating Table so that a patient can be dynamically positioned while the surgeon operates. The da Vinci Xi System and Ts700dV Operating Table connect wirelessly, then provide feedback on table angles for the OR team. This surgical advancement addresses the need for the operating room efficiency by maximizing access, exposure and reach during a robotic-assisted surgical procedure.
The da Vinci Xi and Ts 7000dV table are synchronized in movement - the table’s positioning is relayed to the da Vince Xi Surgical System and is met with an intuitive adjustment of its instrument arms, boom, and endoscope to maintain consistent orientation to the patient’s anatomy.
Da Vinci Table Motion is intended to allow the surgical staff to reposition the patient by adjusting the OR Table without undocking the da Vinci Xi Surgical System during procedures.
